Getting in touch
A question, an idea, something that went wrong, or something you loved: we’d like to hear it. Real people read what you send.
Share feedback
Section titled “Share feedback”Open the menu on any page and choose Share feedback. Write what’s on your mind (up to 2000 characters), add your email if you’d like a reply, tick I agree to the Feedback Terms., and press Send feedback. You’ll see Thanks for your feedback! when it’s on its way. If it doesn’t go through, press Retry.
So we can see what you saw, the form also sends the address of the page you were on, your browser’s name and version, and the time. Nothing you typed in the story and none of your progress goes with it.
If something went wrong, these help us most:
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- the address from the address bar, which names the chapter and slide;
- the version number at the bottom of the menu;
- whether you were using the keyboard or the mouse.
Check get unstuck first; your answer may already be there.
Chat on Discord
Section titled “Chat on Discord”Contact in the menu or at the bottom of any page opens the Keyfolk Discord. Ask a question, share how you’re getting on, or talk to other players.

Section titled “Read the FAQ”The FAQ, linked from the menu and the bottom of every page, answers the common questions about time, cost, accounts, and data.
Email us about your data
Section titled “Email us about your data”For questions about your data, or to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion, write to support@keyfolk.app (privacy and your data).
Help translate Keyfolk
Section titled “Help translate Keyfolk”The site and the story are in US English today. Translations will come from people, not machines: someone who speaks the language well enough to say whether a line sounds natural and whether the lesson still makes sense. If that’s you and you’d like to help, say hello on Discord.
